UET Mixers, Inc. has pride that there mixers will last for many years, but taking the correct precautions will ensure a stable life for any style UET mixer.  UET has set aside special members of its team to help with onsite service including: Start-up, Troubleshooting, Equipment Maintenance, Installation Support, and Maintenance. All of these services are offered along with training to authorized personnel to carry out the equipments scheduled maintenance.

Included in UET start-up assistance, we will check shaft run out, confirmed motor amp draw, check alignment of couplings, mixer mounting, motor alignment, and the impellor(s) positioning. All problems could start with an incorrectly installed mixer and UETs representatives will do anything they can do to help even when we can get to the site. Most information about your mixer is available in your 10M manual. If you do not have this manual, refer to the resources section of this website where your mixer series 10M is provided for download.
